Our Services

1. What services do you offer?

We're a full-service custom apparel partner. Our services include custom graphic design (unlimited revisions, no art fees), screen printing, embroidery, free sizing samples, pre-order management (webstores, forms, or self-managed), an annual Apparel Plan to keep you on track, and marketing support to help you maximize every drop. From tees and tanks to hoodies, hats, polos, and coach gear — we handle it all.

Design

2. How does the design process work?

This is a collaborative process — you have full control and we expect your feedback. Pick from our library of best-seller templates, bring your own idea, or let us take the creative lead. Most projects go through 1–5 rounds of revisions, and edits are typically delivered same day or next day. There are no art fees regardless of which direction you go.

3. What are the different design options?

Three paths: choose from our best-seller templates and customize them to your brand, bring us your own concept or reference images, or let our team design something completely original. No extra fee for any option. Most clients let us take the lead — that's what we're here for.

Ordering

4. What is the process for ordering merchandise?

Run your pre-order your way. Use our free webstore, collect orders yourself, or a mix of both. Submit your order in any organized format and we take it from there. If you want help streamlining the process, we'll set up a webstore at no cost.

5. Do you have minimums?

Our standard minimum is 24 pieces per order. If you're under that, reach out anyway — we can often work something out depending on the project. We work with gyms of all sizes, from small studios to large communities doing 200+ pieces per drop.

6. What if I need my order by a specific date?

Our standard turnaround is two weeks from approval. If you're working toward an event like the Open, Murph, or a competition, our Apparel Plan schedules everything in advance so there's never a last-minute scramble. Just let us know your deadline and we'll build the timeline backward.

Costs and Pricing

7. What is the pricing structure?

Wondering how much does it cost? There are no setup fees. No screen charges. No hidden costs. Pricing depends on the garment, number of ink colors, print areas, and order size — but here's what most projects look like:

Tees & Tanks: $12–$20
Long Sleeves: $20–$26
Hoodies: $35–$45

Shipping is free. Want an exact quote? Send us a previous order or tell us what you have in mind and we'll put together a detailed breakdown. Our goal is to make sure you have healthy margins on every piece you sell.

10. What type of garments do you offer?

We maintain a curated catalog of high-quality garments specifically selected for the fitness market — tees, tanks, hoodies, crewnecks, joggers, long sleeves, raglans, and embroidered items like hats, beanies, and polos. We send free sizing samples to your gym before you order so you can feel the quality and find the right fit. If you have a specific garment in mind, we can source that too.

11. What garment brands do you use?

We work with premium blanks chosen for comfort, durability, and fit. Rather than locking you into one brand, we match the right garment to your project and budget. Free samples come to your gym before every order so there are never surprises.

12. What is the quality of the printing?

Built to last. Our screen printing method is designed to hold up for years without cracking, fading, or washing off. We have pieces over 10 years old that still look great. If something isn't right, we make it right — no questions asked.

Sales Optimization

13. How do you help optimize merchandise sales?

We provide a full marketing gameplan for you and your staff while the order is active. The biggest driver of sales is making an announcement before and after every class — if you do that consistently, you'll see strong results. We also provide social media mockups, pricing guidance, and promotion strategies. Posting once on social media alone won't cut it. We've helped gym owners sell millions of shirts using these strategies.

14. How often should I order to meet demand?

We recommend 3–5 orders per year to keep your offerings fresh and build a culture of apparel at your gym. Clients on our Apparel Plan sell 30% more than those who aren't — consistency is the biggest factor in merch success.

15. What kind of support do you offer post-order?

We don't disappear after delivery. If there's a quality issue, a sizing concern, or anything that needs attention, reach out and we'll resolve it quickly. Our team is available by email or text for complete post-order support. Your success is our success.
